Hi Franck,

I’d be happy to take care of this update (following up on my two
previous NMUs to fix security issues) under the PHP PEAR Maintainers
umbrella.

Would the team maintenance be OK for you? I intend to proceed within a
month if nobody replies to this proposal, but would prefer an explicit
acknowledgement in order to move on sooner.
