A pristine-tar branch would be nice.
Please fix debian/copyright ordering (updating copyright years for Luis
who didn’t commit anything to the repository in 2013 seems odd too).
debian/README.source is useless.

Extra points:

It would be nice if the Lintian warning about ${phppear:description} would
be clever enough not to bug us if its content is the same as
${phppear:summary}.

Side note:

I pushed the content of debian/pkg-php-tools-overrides into pear-channels,
so we can get rid of this file once the next version of pear-channels will
be uploaded (I believe having all of them in a central place is worth it,
do not hesitate to commit any further overrides in the pear-channels
repository).

Again, those are not blockers, and I’m willing to upload the package as
is, but would be happier if you were to fix any or all of those before
that, please let me know.
