I see php-ssh2 in this list, "ready for upload". But where? Does this
handle the libssh2-php -> php5-ssh2 transition?

There are two other packages which requires rename and are not on the list:
- php-nrk-predis (pear.nrk.io/Predis) => currently named libphp-predis
- php5-libpuzzle (extension/libpuzzle) =>  currently named libpuzzle-php


I need to package a bunch of PEAR and PECL extensions that are
