[pkg-php-pear] php-psr-log package

Hi,

Working on php-analog packaging, I need to package php-psr-log which is
a dependance and has a RFP
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=7;bug=726277).

The package is there http://mentors.debian.net/package/php-psr-log and
there ; https://github.com/cybfr/php-psr-log

Does someone could have a look and give me some hints ?

Do I need to change RFP to ITP ?
