[pkg-php-pear] Bug#736473: RC2 version is buggy

Hi,

Net_NNTP 1.5.0 RC2 has a nasty bug:

Since Wheezy is supposed to be a stable distribution, there is no point
in holding onto that buggy RC2 version. How about replacing it with the
already packaged final 1.5.0 version from unstable/testing?
