[pkg-php-pear] Bug#714848: [php-pear]: Use real pear version in package version

Hi Matthiew,

perhaps the pkg-php-pear group can take over maintaining whole PEAR
and we stop building it from src:php5? php5-pear package would just
become an empty shell depending on all php-<pearpackage> packages
that used to be shipped from within php5-pear.

Could you make it for jessie?
