I checked:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=maint&data=pkg-php-pear%40lists.alioth.debian.org&archive=no&raw=yes&bug-rev=yes&pend-exc=fixed&pend-exc=done

I missed these 2:
#752539 php-yas
#752637 php-image-text

because the maintainer's email ispkg-php-maint@ instead of
pkg-php-pear at . This should be fixed btw maint@ is for PHP itself, not
for modules. Does anyone want to do the job of fixing that? :)

And then these, from the pkg-php-pecl@:

#728196 php-gearman
#752530 php-apcu
#752532 php-geoip
#752535 php-memcached
#752536 php-mysqlnd-ms
#752538 php-redis
#752636 php-igbinary
#752651 php-svn

I've just closed them all as well.

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
