Dear Maintainer,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

The header of several files mention an URL containing the license:
 http://www.debian.org/misc/bsd.license
Although this is a BSD-3 license, your debian/copyright says it is BSD-2. 
This does not really match.

Can you please also tell me how lang.dat and unicode_blocks.dat can be 
created? This should be mentioned in debian/README.source.
