[pkg-php-pear] Transition to PHP 5.6.0 (beta3) has started

JFTR the php5_5.6.0~beta3+dfsg-1 has been uploaded to unstable and thus
the transition has started.

I have tested all PECL packages and with the exception of xcache (which
has been fixed in experimental) all build just fine, so expect a couple
of binNMUs soon enough.
