[pkg-php-pear] Bug#749813: php-guzzle-stream: FTBFS - unrepresentable changes to source

During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

It seems that either the original source needs to be repacked or replacing the
symlink must be avoided.
