Hi,

symfony 2.3.21+dfsg-1 dropped the (build-)dependency on php-symfony-icu,
making this package now useless. Furthermore, it’s deprecated upstream:
“[DEPRECATED] This repository only exists for BC compatibility with old
versions of Symfony. Recent versions comes with ICU data.”
