I’m very happy to say I was wrong: “pear run-tests“ seems to throw 1 as
an exit-code on failure, so the fix for half of those package should be
pretty trivial (I just uploaded a fixed version of php-crypt-blowfish
and php-console-table following your advice, thanks).

Looks like I was again wrong: only four of them were in “my” territory,
they are fixed now.

I now intend to investigate on priority the packages that need another
fix than a “phpunit -> pear run-tests” move (but I’m happy to sponsor
any maintainer/team upload if people offering to fix any of those do not
yet have upload rights). If they are not enabled yet, please consider
adding a DEP-8 testsuite to the packages you are fixing.

If packages are not (this) team-maintained, we may open bugs and provide
patches to them on priority (since they may become blockers out of our
normal scope, better get them in shape early).

Thanks again Prach for your follow-up and you documentation, the wiki
page is pretty helpful!

Regards

David
