Hi,

FWIW, these build failures were expected, are trivial to fix, but those
packages may not worth being shipped anymore.

From <https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianPHPGroup/PHPUnit-4.2>:

> All tests are actually skipped with PHPUnit-3.7.28'; no rdeps,
> insignificant popcon, no update in over two years: candidate for RM?

> Outdated VCS; no rdeps, insignificant popcon, no update in over two
> years: candidate for RM?

> switch to pear (run-tests); no rdeps, low popcon, no update in over
> two years: candidate for RM?

Regards

David
