[pkg-php-pear] PHPUnit in Jessie

Hi,

I just noticed that 4.3.0 was released upstream the day after 4.2.6-2
was uploaded to unstable. The 4.3 branch is being updated (4.3.3 has
been released upstream).

I don’t know how upstream plans to support the 4.2 and 4.3 branches, but
if we want the 4.3 branch in Jessie, we should upload now (after October
25th, it will be to late).
