[pkg-php-pear] Version 1.16.2-1 of Twig needs an upload

Hi,

I prepared a new release of Twig (1.16.2-1) and now looking for a
sponsor who can upload it to the archive. 
Besides a new upstream (patch-)version it contains some improvements to
the packaging, most notably support for DEP-8 as-installed testing.

I tested the new release and it looks fine to me, but you might want to
double-check it previously to uploading.

The new release of Twig (1.16.2-1) can either be found on mentors [1] or
preferably build from Vcs-Git [2] (branch 'master') using gbp.
