Please, consider running the test suite during the build and make it DEP-8
compliant too.
Please don’t add me as Uploader.
You may consider pushing the latest (debian/1.12.8-1 here) tag only after
the actual upload.

Please drop the a priori useless hard-coded (pre-)dependencies.
Please, consider running the test suite during the build and make it DEP-8
compliant too.
Please, consider pushing the relevant tags to Git.
Please, update the copyright to match the current format 1.0.

I haven’t yet built nor tested these packages, but given the very few
upstream changes until the previous uploads, I should be comfortable to
upload them once all or parts of the aforementioned remarks will be dealt
with.
