Fixed versions of phpdox and php-parser have just been uploaded, you
should be able to fetch them directly from incoming (they should also
reach Sid after the next dinstall, i.e. in about six hours).

That made me thinks: in order to avoid bootstrap issues, we may need to
deactivate PHPUnit tests at build time for phpunit build-dependencies. On
the other hand, a new fancy syntax may show up starting with Jessie+1 to
correctly declare the build-dependencies only needed to run tests, so if
there is no actual problem (i.e., if they are only theoretical), I guess
we can live with them for the time being.
