I request an adopter for the php-json-patch package.

I recently packaged it as a php-opencloud dependency, but it already
doesn’t use anymore.

The package description is:
 json-patch-php implements IETF JSON-patch (RFC 6902) and JSON-pointer
 (RFC 6901).
