[pkg-php-pear] [Symfony] Providing php5-symfony-debug

Hi Daniel and all,

I pushed on the wip/ext branch some changes to build the
php5-symfony-debug binary package (as currently suggested by
php-symfony-var-dumper).

Do you believe it’s worth to provide it?

If you do, and if you agree with the proposed changes (feel free to amend
them or propose something else), it could be a good idea to upload it ASAP
to experimental since the package is already in binary-NEW (no need for it
to be processed twice).
