[pkg-php-pear] [Symfony] 2.7 beta1 released

Hi Daniel,

The first Symfony 2.7 beta is out. Since it will add at least two new
packages (for Bridge/PhpUnit and Component/Asset), we may try to push it
into NEW before the current 2.6 is processed by our ftpmasters (and thus
avoid a second round). That won’t stop us to push 2.6 to unstable if 2.7.0
is not yet released when it will get out of NEW (I usually prefer not to
push pre-releases to unstable, but we’re far enough from the Stretch
freeze to make exceptions anyway).

I just pushed the wip/2.7 and wip/upstream-2.7 branches to our repository
so we can start reviewing and adapting the package (I used wip/ branches
in case you disagree with my previous proposal: if you prefer another
approach, at least I didn’t messed up with master).

Among the needed changes, it requires "twig/twig": "~1.18" according to
the main composer.json, so can you please prepare a php-twig update (e.g.,
targeted to experimental)?

Regards

David
