[pkg-php-pear] Bug#783423: RM: php-mdb2-schema -- ROM; Useless in Debian

php-mdb2-schema was introduced a few years ago as an owncloud
dependency (that now uses Doctrine instead), has not been updated
upstream in over six years, and wasn’t ship with Jessie (nobody
complained since it has been removed from testing over six months ago).

I believe it’s time to acknowledge that this package is not useful in
Debian anymore.
