[pkg-php-pear] Bug#783438: Useless in Debian

 nobody disagrees. Please, do downgrade it with an explanation if you
 disagree.]

php-calendar is a leaf package that has not been updated upstream in the
last five years (even a bug report filed two days after the last release
doesn’t have any follow up), not sure it’s still maintained.

Furthermore, the package has a very low popcon.

I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
