[pkg-php-pear] [Pkg-php-pecl] [php-maint] Packaging php-pear on its own (Was: Incoming changes in PHP packaging)

Hey all,

would Monday from 11:00 work for everybody present @ DebConf15 to sit,
discuss and work on new PHP packaging infrastructure?
