Hello Debian PHP PEAR Maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between php-zend-hydrator and php-zend-stdlib:

php-zend-hydrator 	:Depends: php-zend-stdlib (>= 2.5.1), php-zend-stdlib (<< 3~~)
php-zend-stdlib 	:Depends: php-zend-hydrator (>= 1.0), php-zend-hydrator (<< 2~~)

Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to get rid of them.
