Then lets' go with php-ext-<name>.

Are we going to use the schema for extensions built from src:phpX.Y? Or
we just do that from src:php-defaults? E.g. php-ext-xmlrpc will depend
on php5.6-xmlrpc | php7.0-xmlrpc.

So, let's wait for the new PHP packages to fall through NEW and start
uploading this to unstable. That should give the other people a
reasonable time to object or concur.
