Sounds reasonable, thanks for your investigation and for proposing
solutions.

I’m happy to sponsor a team upload of phpunit including that fix to
experimental (I guess there is no need for an extra branch in Git yet,
we can still add a new jessie branch if needed later), unless Prach
wishes to handle things differently of course.
