Setting this kind of tag for a package that was never part of a stable
release is useless.

It take some time, during the freeze, to see package processed out of
NEW. This bug is now moot without any change in the package it’s filed
again, so maybe it wasn’t filed against the proper package to begin
with.

Anyway, as stated in #780821, “I recently packaged it as a php-apigen
dependency, but that’s not true anymore (it uses php-symfony-console
directly)”, this package is now useless in Debian. Recycling this bug
report with a proper title.

Unless there is any reason to keep it around (e.g., new dependency in
another package, or it being actually useful on its own), I’ll request a
removal in a few months.

Regards

David
