I got the exact same failures on a fresh checkout of branch master from
github/symfony/symfony, using '# composer install' afterwards and
running phpunit from phar.phpunit.de/phpunit.phar. This is true for my
sandboxed sid and jessie installations. Thus I suspect those failures
are most likely not related to our packaging and needs to be searched
somewhere else.
I will investigate this further later this evening (CET).
