[pkg-php-pear] Backport libphp-phpmailer

Hi,

(debian-backport list on Cc: to keep things open. Not sure if the crosspost
will be a problem, though).

I maintain the wordpress backport for jessie and new wordpress versions use
newer libphp-phpmailer versions. The one in stable is currently old for the last
wordpress package.

The problem has been reported here[1]. It seems that some (or at least one)
plugin don't work with an old version of libphp-phpmailer. And as wordpress
ships with libphp-phpmailer embedded, later versions of wordpress ship with
newer versions of libphp-phpmailer and plugins expect that (as it is embedded in
upstream).

Asking what to do, I was suggested here[2] to ask the current maintainers to
backport libphp-phpmailer.

Do you think it's possible for you to backport it?
