Both are ready for an upload to sid, closing the bugs you opened for
twig and symfony in BTS.
Please take care to use the right commits, especially for twig:
   Twig: e8186a9 Update changelog for 1.24.0-2 release
Symfony: 07bc4c7 Update changelog for 2.8.4+dfsg-2 release

I pushed according signed tags to twig.git [1] and symfony.git [2]
