[pkg-php-pear] Needed Support for php-pear packaging !!

hi team,

	I am working on a project named Gnu-Social packaging for debian. In
that process an external library named 'Net_IDNA2' which is pear package
need to be package in debian. So i tried using a tool named 'debpear',
there is a little confusion regarding the builds. The following are the
resultant files (i will provide the links of repositories )
	1.

	2.https://code.swecha.org/gnu-social/php-net-idna2/blob/master/build-area/php-net-idna2_0.1.1-1_amd64.changes
so hoping your assistance for further steps to complete that package.
Please help me for the next steps.
