Package: pkg-php-tools
Version: 1.34
Followup-For: Bug #712939

Dear Maintainer,

in some cases the upstream description of the package in composer.json
can even conflict with debian guidelines and generate lintian errors,
e.g. https://packagist.org/packages/ao2/tweeper:

E: tweeper: description-starts-with-package-name
I: tweeper: description-synopsis-might-not-be-phrased-properly

If you really want to keep suggesting to use ${phpcomposer:description},
what about adding a note about it in the documentation to give
maintainers a heads up?

Please see the attached patch.

Thanks,
   Antonio
