interesting, this is I admit probably the first time I deal with PHP license.
I tried to look on codesearch.d.o [1] but I didn't find packages with such string,
while lots is returned for the first part [2].
We added that and I reuploaded some seconds ago, but I am now wondering:
are the packages without that additional sentence RC buggy for Debian?
If this is the case, I'll open the relative bugs
