[pkg-php-pear] Bug#815988: Please, update the builtin extensions list

Hi,

Some modules have recently been split away from the main php package,
and are now available as standalone binary packages, e.g., php-xml,
php-mbstring, php-bcmath, php-bz2, php-zip…

I’m not sure if the split is done (so instead of “simply” removing them
from the $builtin_extensions list, I’m filing this bug report as a
reminder for now).
