[pkg-php-pear] Fixing FTBFS in symfony before the PHP migration

Hi Daniel,

It looks like symfony currently FTBFS since the beginning of the year. It
would be nice to have it fixed before starting the PHP transition, since
it’s used by a fair amount of packages. I haven’t tried if the new 2.7.8
upstream version fixes the issue yet.

Do you have time to look into it (within the next two weeks)? If not, I’ll
try to make some time for it.
