I only did a upgrade for 2.7.9. I think it's best to spare 2.8 for the
php7 transition. I'll prepare a 2.8 version (targeting experimental) as
soon as possible.
I merged everything into master, but left the changelog open in case you
want to add something yourself.
There is something special about this version:
It embeds paragonie/random_compat into symfony/security. This is needed
to fix a potential weak random number generator in symfony/security.
I decided to embed it, since paragonie/random_compat provides
random_bytes() found in php7 for php5. Thus (IMHO) it's not worth
packaging it on it's own, since we won't need it once php7 made it into
unstable.
