At the moment we have no solution for "downloading the whole internet"
to get a Symfony development environment running. If you'Re developing
Symfony applications, you're kind of forced to use composer. Once in
future Debian might provide a solution to use Debian packages together
with composer, but this is not the case right now.

The next upload to Debian/sid will provide a README.Debian within all
the binary package built from src:symfony, explaining how to use them
within custom applications [1].

Right now we don't intend to provide a common php-symfony package
depending on all the single Component/Bridge/Bundle packages built from
src:symfony. We simply saw no use case for this, especially since the
package php-symfony-framework-bundle kind of does this already. But we
might reconsider this in future.
