Hi Prach,

thanks for the update.  Anyway after some chat with upstream I decided
to revert the PEAR to the 5.6.14 state where PEAR version was 1.9.x
(1.9.5 I think).

It looks like the (PHP upstream) don't have a defined procedure for
updating bundled PEAR packages - they just pull whatever is the latest
version.

Thankfully this will go away with Debian stretch.
