[pkg-php-pear] Bug#783422: php-services-json: #783422 Useless in Debian?

My concern for removal of this package is that recently introduced CiviCRM 
loosely depends on it. CiviCRM upstream tarball ships "Services/JSON.php" so 
I suppose I could use bundled copy if we are eager to get rid of "php-
services-json"...
