[pkg-php-pear] Bug#819420: Bug#819420: php-seclib: Call to undefined method Crypt_Base::Crypt_Base()

As suggested, I downgraded to php-seclib version 1.0.1-2, and
restarted lighttpd.

Error no longer appears.
