[pkg-php-pear] Bug#901978: Useless in Debian (superseded by phpunit)

phpunit 7.2 merged phpunit-mock-object back in its tree, so there is no
need to keep an outdated and conflicting version of phpunit-mock-object
in Debian.

A removal request should follow as soon as phpunit 7.2 reaches testing,
but feel free to submit it when you see fit.
