[pkg-php-pear] php-easyrdf in new queue

Hi!

I am excited to announce that php-easyrdf is now pending for approval[1]
on ftp master new queue.

EasyRdf is a PHP library to consume and produce RDF.
Resource Description Framework, RDF, is an official W3C Recommendation
for Semantic Web data models.
This is the first rdf php library on debian as far as I am aware.

More context on the library and the reasons behind packaging it at the
related BTS issue[2].

Thanks a lot to taffit, and jonas for the suggestions and reviews
of this new package.
