I would prefer this, to move php-klogger, and any other needed php
libraries (e.g. Shaarli dependencies) to the PHP PEAR team.

However, I have not found any instructions on how one can join the PEAR
team. I clicked the "Request Access" link on
https://salsa.debian.org/php-team, and it is waiting to be processed.
