[pkg-php-pear] phpMyAdmin needs a recent php-twig version for buster-backports

Hi team,

I am a member of the phpMyAdmin packaging team and we are trying to
upload phpMyAdmin into buster-backports:
https://salsa.debian.org/phpmyadmin-team/phpmyadmin/-/issues/1#note_153036

As you can see on https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/pull/16040 we
need a >=2.9 php-twig to package the latest 4.9 version onto
buster-backports.

Could someone send
https://salsa.debian.org/php-team/pear/twig/-/tree/debian/2.12.5-1 to
buster-backports or allow Utkarsh Gupta <utkarsh at debian.org> to do so ?


All our dependencies except php-twig are ready in
https://ftp-master.debian.org/backports-new.html
