php-zend-code fails its test suite on multiple occasions when run under
PHP 8.0, helping detect its incompatibility. The Zend codebase is now
handled under a new upstream name, Laminas, and is still actively
maintained. I hope the PHP 8.0 compatibility is (to be) addressed there,
but it needs a fair amount of work to move from Zend to Laminas, and
adapt its consumers (e.g., php-proxy-manager, and maybe indirectly
symfony) too in Debian.

I already started to work on that, but the php-proxy-manager part is not
done yet.
