This version of php-symfony-phpunit-bridge is incompatible with
PHPUnit 9.

    Access to undeclared static property: PHPUnit\Util\Blacklist::$blacklistedClassNames

The error happens when using PHPUnit 9 to run the test suite of another
package that build-depends on this package.

This issue is already fixed upstream in more recent 5.x versions.
It is also not an issue in the 4.x version currently in unstable.
