[pkg-php-pear] phpunit_9.5.0-3_source.changes ACCEPTED into unstable

Hi,

I managed to miss one package (php-phpspec-prophecy-phpunit maybe) in my 
initial (second) batch, and also to mess one upload of the last one :

(yeah, “for real”).

Sorry I pushed for this transition so late in the release cycle. Glad we 
managed to pull that much fixes within a bit more than a week.

I hope we’ll manage to handle in a timely manner the unforeseen 
breakages and quickly push at least a workaround for php-imagemagick.
