[pkg-php-pear] RFS of NMU to resolve transition

Hi team,

I'm looking for a sponsor for an NMU of the package "movim" [1]. It's
to resolve a transition [2] related to PHP packages that I maintain
within this team.

I've uploaded my change to mentors [3] and to my temporary fork on Salsa [4].

The change makes movim installable with the new version of
php-illuminate-database. It's already compatible, it's just a matter
of version constraints that had been patched down in Debian. It'll
also use the new autoloader.
