[pkg-php-pear] php-swifmailer

Hi all,

I was maintainer of swiftmailer for a long time. But the package is today a
quite outdated. It has not been updated for a long time.
There's many reason for that situation but anyway I'm still interested to
help maintain that package in debian.

The package was hosted on github (
https://github.com/jbouse-debian/php-swiftmailer) and I must hosted it on
debian infrastructure as far as I understand. So I need an access to the
salsa group.
