FWIW, I just had a quick stab at the last one of the list:

https://salsa.debian.org/php-team/pear/php-voku-portable-ascii

I set both of us as Maintainers (but I’m happy to get removed from
there: I feel like there are already way to many packages on my DDPO
page ;). Don’t hesitate to make any change to it and tell me when you’re
ready to see it uploaded (you may want to do some tests with
reverse(-build)-dependency).

I wish I had more free time currently (I’m also busy with $stuff), so I
didn’t help as much as I’d like yet (not sure that may change quickly).
I’ll try to move up the list as time permits, do not hesitate to keep it
updated (either here by mail, or on a wiki page for example).

Regards

David
